2/ Deliveries in the European Union and Overseas (DROM):

Deliveries in the European Union and, more generally, on the European Continent, as well as Overseas are ensured by Colissimo. The Customer is invited to refer to the rates indicated at the time of the placing of his order to know the shipping costs.

List of deliverable countries: Guadeloupe / Martinique / Guyana / Reunion / Mayotte / Germany / Belgium / Netherlands / Luxembourg / United Kingdom / Ireland / Italy / Portugal / Spain / Austria / Denmark / Estonia / Hungary / Latvia / Lithuania / Poland / Czech Republic / Slovakia / Slovenia / Sweden / Switzerland / Bulgaria / Cyprus / Croatia / Finland / Greece / Iceland / Malta / Norway / Romania.

For any delivery outside the above-mentioned geographical areas, the Customer must contact the Customer Service.


To make a return request you must:

    1. Access your order history from your account.

    2. Select the order containing the product you wish to return.

    3. Select the product(s) you wish to return by checking the box next to their name(s). Specify the quantity of product(s) to be returned (if several quantities of the same product are to be returned).

    4. Add an explanation (in the "Returned Goods" section), in order to specify the reason for the return request for your order

    5. The customer service will then come back to you to ensure the processing of your request
